D612 Coffee Roasters is a specialty roaster founded in Florence in 2016. Our work starts from the search for high-quality coffee and continues with a roast designed to enhance the unique characteristics of each origin. We believe that each coffee tells a story of territory, variety and people.

The project was born from the desire to explore the world of specialty coffee and propose a more conscious approach to roasting. From the beginning, we focused on selecting beans from some of the most interesting regions for coffee production, working to understand how each origin could best express itself in the cup.

Curiosity about the product and the entire coffee supply chain has become the driving force behind our daily work.

Today D612 Coffee Roasters continues to select and roast coffee with the aim of offering products that tell the story of their place of origin. We collaborate with industry professionals and enthusiasts who share our curiosity about coffee.

For us, roasting is a meeting point between producers, roasters, and consumers, a place where coffee becomes an opportunity for discovery and sharing.
