Our way into your daily life. Sometimes the right coffee is the one you make yourself—in your kitchen, at your own pace. The one you make while the house is still quiet, or while you wait for someone to arrive. The one you take to the couch, or the one you quickly pour before leaving. With this project, we want to start something together: a space made of coffee and authentic moments. A space that doesn't ask us to be different from who we are, but that adapts to who we truly are Home. There's no right way to experience it—and that's why we want to share it with you.

casa. -Cold Brew
Cold brew is a cold coffee extraction method: instead of hot water, ground coffee is steeped in cold water for 12–24 hours.
It is precisely this refreshing quality that makes it ideal for summer. Served cold—often over ice—it retains the full coffee aroma while tasting smoother and less bitter. It is perfect for an energizing yet light break on hotter days.
The result varies completely depending on the coffee you choose: it can be fruitier, more acidic, cleaner and more balanced, or offer a more distinctive flavor profile.
Our recipe: 70 g of coarsely ground coffee per 1000 ml of filtered water (TDS 80–100). This ratio is designed to yield a balanced concentrate—offering good body, a clean finish, and acidity that is perceptible yet pleasant.
- Use a coarse grind—similar to cane sugar. Don't fall into the trap of thinking that a finer grind will yield the same result in less time; you’ll likely extract unpleasant, bitter notes.
- 2. Combine the coffee and cold water in a dedicated cold brew bottle or a French press. Stir briefly.
- 3. Let it steep in the fridge for 12 hours. Cover and let it rest. No rushing—that’s the secret.
- If using a French press, strain the mixture through a V60 filter. It’s ready to serve—and keeps for up to 4–5 days.
casa. - Moccamaster
The Moccamaster is a handmade Dutch machine designed to do just one thing: brew filter coffee. It features precise water temperature control (92–96°C) and a steady flow rate, allowing you to brew a full carafe in just a few minutes with consistent results every time.
Basic recipe:
- Coffee ratio: 70 g/L
- Water: 1 L
- Grind: Medium-coarse
- Temperature: 93°C (controlled by the machine)
- Time: 6 minutes
- Fill the reservoir with water. Rinse the filter to avoid unwanted paper odors or residue.
- Once the filter is rinsed, add the coffee to the brew basket.
- Start the water flow and wait for the brewing process to finish.
- Start here, then experiment.
