The selection of our coffees is a careful and continuous process. Every year we look for origins that can best express the characteristics of their territory, maintaining a high quality standard consistent with our roasting style.
For this reason, we are supported in the selection by professionals and experts in the sector, who help us identify seasonal coffees from some of the most interesting regions for the production of specialty coffees.
Cup quality is naturally a fundamental element, but it is not the only criterion we consider. When we choose a coffee we also try to know the reality behind it: the farm that produces it, the context in which it is grown and the projects that involve workers and local communities.
